We had an amazing assembly to celebrate our dads. Children read poems about their fabulous fathers and showed beautiful artwork. Teachers worked hard to provide the students with opportunities to shine in front of their whanau.

The votes of the three Maori Party MPs are key to whether or not charter schools will proceed. They have already expressed concerns about the impact of charter schools on low-income communities, and that every child should have a qualified teacher.
It’s time to take action before the bill goes back to parliament in early May, and call on these MPs to vote against the Education Amendment Bill.
